Cremosa, intensa, sencilla y deliciosa. Y no, no lleva ni nata ni cebolla. A\u00f1ade los huevos en el centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla con un tenedor y luego amasa con las manos hasta que quede suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Envuelve en film y deja reposar 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasa la masa por el <a href=\"https:\/\/foodiealfer.com\/accesorios-para-kitchenaid\/set-confeccionador-de-pasta-kitchenaid-553.html?mot_tcid=1cc86cef-3fdb-4d52-b2e4-56a270f76e74\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confeccionador de pasta de KitchenAid<\/a> hasta obtener el grosor deseado. Luego corta en forma de espaguetis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes (para 4 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g de espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 yemas de huevo + 1 huevo entero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de guanciale (o panceta curada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de queso pecorino rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta negra al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso a paso:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocina la pasta en agua con sal hasta que quede al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras tanto, corta el guanciale en tiras y coc\u00ednalo en una sart\u00e9n hasta que quede dorado y crujiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol, mezcla las yemas, el huevo entero, el queso rallado y la pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurre la pasta, pero guarda un poco del agua de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla la pasta caliente con el guanciale y su grasa. Luego a\u00f1ade la mezcla de huevo y queso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remueve r\u00e1pido para que se forme una salsa cremosa. Si hace falta, a\u00f1ade un poco del agua reservada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Y listo.
